Mary Ohlhaut decided to become a FEMM teacher when she was initially introduced to FEMM through a friend. She loves teaching and talking with her friends about the beauty of the woman’s body and how we all deserve to understand our bodies and be informed participants in our own health. She is passionate about teaching young women about their cycles so they get a firm foundation on the importance of cycle health even before they have fertility or family planning goals.
