Hi – I’m Alex! I am a FEMM and TeenFEMM Fertility Awareness Educator. I currently offer 1-1 coaching for women and teens looking to deeper understand their bodies, avoid/achieve pregnancy, track their health and/or transition off of birth control.

I discovered FAM in college after I become chronically ill from a short stint on hormonal contraceptives. Since then, I have been blown away by the beautiful complexities of the female cycle and have made it my mission to help women tune into their own body’s language through cycle charting.
