Valerie is a certified Medical Laboratory Scientist, Graduate student, and now FEMM educator! She is passionate about teaching other young adults and teenagers about body literacy and hormonal health. She strives to inform women about their reproductive health and ways to live in accordance with their cycle patterns. Whether it’s for achieving/avoiding pregnancy or making the most of your fitness journey, our hormones affects all aspects of your life.
