I’m Nat, a fertility awareness educator, social worker (MSW), menstrual cycle coach and the founder of Fertility Awareness Project and co-founder of Fertility Knowledge Collective (FKC).

I discovered FAM after searching high and low for a non-hormonal method of birth control. After learning the magic of fertility awareness and the gift of body literacy, I decided to pursue formal fertility awareness training and Fertility Awareness Project was born.

I teach clients in my group program, Cycle Love, three times per year.
