Hello! I am a FEMM and teenFEMM certified teacher based in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.
I was introduced to the idea of biomarkers and natural family planning in college and spent the next decade piecing together advice from friends, online research, and my own ‘guesses’ into a halphazard cycle-tracking system. I was passionate about supporting my body naturally, but I was never quite sure that I knew what I was talking about.
After walking through a season of infertility, I learned to track my hormones through charting and was hooked. Not only did FEMM give me the tools to advocate for myself and ultimately, achieve a pregnancy, I also discovered the underlying hormonal imbalances that were affecting my life and was able to resolve the symptoms that I had resigned myself (and my family) to living with.
Now I love empowering women to understand their hormones, manage their fertility, and participate in their healthcare. I work with women locally and online and love cultivating a community on Instagram (@happyhormoneshappyhealth).
