Hi there! My name is Maureen and I am a certified FEMM and TeenFEMM Fertility Awareness Educator. I’m so excited to help women better understand their cycles to identify possible hormonal issues, to work to achieve pregnancy in the midst of infertility or pregnancy loss, and to learn how to support cycles for overall health and wellbeing. I can also offer nutrition support through my work as a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor.

Personally, I discovered FEMM after suffering through years of infertility and pregnancy loss. Now I have the training to help women understand and chart their cycles in a way that was never available to me.
