My goal is to empower myself and other women to become the main advocates of their health. As a FEMM teacher I can help bring women information about their bodies, their hormones and the impact that their reproductive system has on their overall health. I will provide you with the necessary knowledge to be able to interpret, read and reconnect with the signals that your body is sending you. We will also deep dive about overall reproductive and hormonal health and how different lifestyle choices and changes impact our health.
