I have been interested in reproductive health since childhood and am so deeply passionate about helping educate anyone and everyone who will listen! My personal journey with PCOS, struggling to conceive, and finding fertility awareness lead me to pursue further helping people build their family. Now as a Family Planning Coordinator and Educator at a Title X site, I am excited to make fertility awareness methods more accessible to more people to use for their family planning goals. Knowledge is power and by helping people learn about reproduction and ovulation as a sign of health, I hope to empower more generations to understand their cycle and their health through this lens.
