I am a FeMM and Teen FeMM fertility instructor! I believe in the wholeness and wellness of the female body, and I am thrilled for the opportunity to educate and empower women with support, sisterhood, and clarity about how our bodies work.

I specialize in coaching for women, couples, and teens who are looking to better understand their bodies, discontinue the use of birth control, those who are trying to avoid or achieve pregnancy, and those ladies who want to better understand their health.
