Katherine is a FEMM Certified Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) Educator. She guides women in charting their cycles using hormonal biomarkers, whether their goal is to avoid pregnancy, achieve pregnancy, or gain a deeper understanding of their overall health. Central to her work is the belief that there is freedom in learning and living according to God’s intentional design for the body. Katherine is currently accepting virtual clients across the United States, as well as in-person clients in Monument and Colorado Springs.
