Katherine Wathen is a certified FEMM and teenFEMM instructor as well as the founder of Fertility Freedom Coaching & Education LLC. She is passionate about teaching women to chart their cycles to either achieve or avoid pregnancy using Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) and supporting women in their healing journey coming off of hormonal contraceptives. Katherine believes women experience freedom when they learn to understand their cycles and embrace God’s intentional design of their bodies.
