Hana Ilg is originally from San Francisco, California, but two years ago, she and her husband decided to go on an adventure and move to Amsterdam, Netherlands. She loves teaching FEMM to awaken women to all that their bodies are capable of, and she is so glad that she can continue teaching from wherever she is. She personally has used fertility awareness to avoid pregnancy naturally for over 7 years and loves teaching women how to do the same. She is also a certified birth and postpartum doula as well as a certified holistic health coach. In her free time, she loves being in nature, dancing, and taking baths.
