I am a registered nurse, FEMM fertility awareness instructor, and founder of You Are Beautiful Mission. It is my passion to educate women about the beauty of their bodies, help them identify root causes to menstrual cycle dysfunction and hormone abnormalities, and empower them by giving them a voice in their healthcare decisions.

Utilizing science as a tool and the wisdom of female philosophers, authors, and saints, I help women become more acquainted with their bodies and the ways they were made to function. I educate women to recognize their inherent, God-given beauty and self worth, and find ways to heal from the inside out.
