Emily Armstrong is a FEMM certified educator located in St. Augustine, Florida. She is available for in-person and virtual instruction. Emily has spent her career working in primary care after receiving her Masters in Nursing from Vanderbilt University. She discovered FEMM while desiring an alternative to hormonal contraception. She is especially passionate about educating teenagers and young adults on puberty, cycle health, reproductive system, and clean living. Looking forward to working with you!
