I am a registered nurse with over a decade of experience in the nursing field. At the beginning of my career, I served in the United States Air Force as a Labor and Delivery and postpartum nurse where I cared for active-duty service members and their families. I continued my service with the Alaska Air National Guard while simultaneously serving the community in orthopedics. My professional work became deeply personal through my own experiences with autoimmunity, severe endometriosis and infertility. These challenges inspired me to pursue a deeper understanding of women’s health, hormonal balance and fertility awareness ultimately leading me to become a certified FEMM instructor. Today, I provide fertility education rooted in science, experience and empathy, with the goal of empowering women to become informed participants in their own health.
