I am a wife, mother, and homesteader with a passion for fertility awareness education! I started my journey with cycle charting after the birth of my second child, and decided to take my education further after I felt confused looking at my own irregular cycles. I now teach a variety of clients in different life stages (teenagers, mothers and daughters, transitioning from hormonal contraception to NFP, couples, postpartum/breastfeeding women, and pre-menopausal women to name a few), both Online, and locally, in group or individual sessions.
