Betsy has been in the wellness industry since 2006 and currently owns EDH Solutions, LLC where she physically trains & nutritionally coaches special populations like: teens, perinatal women, seniors & de-conditioned women. She teaches women on an individual level, as well as, in small groups and retreat environments.

Betsy’s integrative approach incorporates the virtue of femininity into each wellness plan she designs for her clients. As a Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Coach, and FEMM Educator she uses her motivational and integrated training techniques to provide her clients with highly specialized and personalized wellness plans and strategies. She assists her clients in achieving their goals by helping them discover their God-given “Feminine Genius.”
