Amanda has been a qualified teacher since 2011. While teaching Health Education, she found a passion for Holistic Health and advocating for a preventative approach to health. Through her own struggles with her menstrual cycle issues and struggles to conceive she was led to study with FEMM. She is driven to empower and educate women of all ages about about their bodies, health and fertility. She is holds a Masters of Teaching degree, certified in Integrative Nutrition Health coach, and Exercise Nutrition amongst other personal development short courses.
She works with women of all stages of reproductive life, taking a holistic approach to educate and support women to thrive in their bodies, health and life.
