I am a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse practitioner (WHNP) and care deeply about taking the time to help women feel seen and loved in their healthcare needs, especially in areas as vulnerable and emotional as fertility and hormone balance.
I developed a passion for more natural approaches to women’s healthcare after getting involved in eating disorders research in college and learning about how the female body adapts to and recovers from chronic nutritional stress. The overlap of mental health and reproductive health is an important focus for me!
I am originally from Houston, Texas and studied Medicine, Health and Society at Vanderbilt University. I went to nursing school at Duke University in North Carolina, and after seeing my first birth, fell in love with all things women’s health. I continued my training at Georgetown University to become a WHNP.
My husband Justen and I are new to Colorado (we love it so far!) and can be found exploring Denver, going on a run, drinking too much coffee, or planning our next Disney trip.
