– Learn the FEMM protocol to chart for health, body literacy, and family planning: FEMM Basics, FEMM Expert Classes, FEMM Family Planning
– Entire class devoted to the basics of cycle syncing: lifestyle, nutrition, & exercise
– 4 online weekly presentations with recordings made available after the class
– 2 private chart reviews with Mairead (optional – schedule within 3 months of the workshop ending)
– Infographics & downloads for CM descriptions, LH testing, PdG, BBT, biomarkers, chart basics
