Meet Marlot de Jong from Apeldoorn, a pioneer in women’s health and fertility education in the Netherlands. Since 2015, she’s been the go-to FEMM teacher, helping women across the country understand their cycles.

Marlot is all about making learning accessible. Whether online or in-person, her classes are available all over the Netherlands, ensuring every woman can understand her body and take control of her health and fertility. Plus, she’s happy to teach in English if needed. Marlot offers a course on understanding menstrual cyclus as part of the normal FEMM program, as well as a specialized course for postpartum women.
