Maria Nakitende medical student in Medicine and Surgery at the College of Health Sciences (CHS) – Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda. She has trained with FEMM education in addition to her Obstetrics and Gynecology training during her rotations in Mulago Hospital, Kampala, Uganda and Danderyd Hospital, Karolinska Institutet, Sweden. She is passionate about equipping women with the knowledge and skills to monitor their reproductive and overall health such that they can improve their quality of life.
