Workshop duration: 4 hours 30 minutes
– Learn the FEMM protocol to chart for health: FEMM Basics & FEMM Expert Classes
– Entire class devoted to the basics of cycle syncing: lifestyle, nutrition, & exercise
– 3 online weekly presentations with recordings made available after the class
– 2 private chart reviews with Mairead (optional – schedule within 3 months of the workshop ending)
– Infographics & downloads for CM descriptions, LH testing, PdG, BBT, biomarkers, chart basics, & more
