FEMM Health is hiring a full-time mid-level provider (Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Certified Nurse Midwife) to join our telehealth clinical practice. This position is remote.

This role centers on successful training and application of FEMM’s medical protocols. Providers are trained, mentored, and formally evaluated in the use of these protocols on an ongoing basis, and are expected to demonstrate clinical excellence in applying them as they build and manage a full patient panel. FEMM provides the training framework and clinical support, and providers are expected to drive their own protocol proficiency and clinical outcomes.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong alignment with FEMM’s mission, a commitment to evidence-based care, the ability to be a self-starter, strong teamwork, attention to detail, and dedication to improving the standard of care for women’s health.

Responsibilities

  1. Learn, apply, and demonstrate ongoing proficiency of FEMM medical protocols with regular performance evaluation on protocol adherence and clinical outcomes
  2. Build and manage a full patient panel, using FEMM protocols as the clinical foundation for making care decisions
  3. Work closely with supervising physicians to refine protocol application and clinical judgement
  4. Work closely with Medical Assistants and our broader team to coordinate patient care
  5. Develop and maintain expertise in patient documentation (EMR) and compliance systems
  6. Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure excellent patient care support
  7. Participate in all meetings, trainings, and evaluations as required
  8. Obtain and maintain licensing and CEU requirements, including FEMM’s medical training and advanced training programs
  9. Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Strong desire and ability to be trained in and to demonstrate excellence in the application of FEMM’s medical protocols over time
  • Life long learner, able to study independently, and thrives in an environment that prioritizes ongoing learning and evaluation of clinical practice
  • Certified Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Certified Nurse Midwife from accredited institution
  • Athena EMR and patient documentation experience or ability to learn them independently
  • Strong computer and other communication skills required to fulfill role
  • Demonstrated commitment to the FEMM mission
