Marea Roja provides a safe space for women to learn about their cyclic nature. Through her personal experience, she discovered that practicing the Fertility Awareness Method transformed her relationship with herself and influenced her daily decision-making. She is passionate about sharing this knowledge to help other women recognize their strengths, take charge of their fertility and wellbeing, and deepen their connection with themselves. Her mission is to empower women through their own journeys of self-discovery.
