Shannon Leach has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2011. Her greatest passion has always been women’s health, in part because she struggled with her own fertility. Thankfully, she was blessed with five children. However, she was never introduced to restorative reproductive medicine (RRM) during her own struggles, so now, she is passionate about determining the root cause of women’ s hormone & health issues in order to restore their bodies to optimum health.

She is a trained FEMM Medical Practitioner, trained in RHRI protocols for the management of reproductive health.

She works for Cascade Women’s Health in Everett, WA, and 3W Medical for Women in Seattle, WA.

3W has two, on-site FEMM teachers who can seamlessly transfer care to Shannon and the other FEMM trained medical provider for in-person care at 3W when medical management is necessary.
