I am based in Spokane, Washington, and I am a full-time elementary teacher and certified FEMM instructor! After dealing with my own fertility struggles, I found fertility awareness as a way of reconnecting with my body. Learning to track ovulation and the phases of my cycles allowed me to understand my emotional, physical, and mental needs on far deeper level than I had before. My goal as a FEMM instructor is to help women reach this same level of understanding in their own bodies, and therefore enable them to heal themselves from the root.
