Hey all, my name is Tevia! I am a certified FEMM and teenFEMM teacher, and I am in the process of becoming a DONA certified birth and postpartum doula. I am passionate about teaching people how to become advocates for their own health and learning about their bodies. My goal is to empower people through the knowledge FEMM provides to learn about their own unique cycles, embrace their bodies, and understand the role their fertility plays in their overall health.
