I am a Fertility Awareness Educator and a Fertility Coach. I started Fertility Groundwork to help women achieve pregnancy. I educate women on their cycles and their hormonal health. We deep dive into cycle health, lifestyle and nutrition and address any areas that need to be adjusted. I also help prepare women for IVF with improving their reproductive health and egg health prior to egg retrievals and transfers.
