Hello, I am McKenna!

I am a FEMM Teacher, Birth Doula, Childbirth Educator, and currently training as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.

I help women optimize their fertility, have vibrant pregnancies, glowing postpartums, and nourished motherhoods rooted in the innate wisdom of their bodies.

I believe every person can become in tune and in awe of the intricate design of their bodies. My deepest passion is to provide the tools needed to get started on this journey of discovery and find health and wellbeing along the way.
