Hi there! I am a Fertility Awareness Coach, Menstrual Health Educator, Traditional Postpartum Care Provider, a Wife and Mother of 3.

I have been working with Women now for over 6 years. From pregnancy and birth support to postpartum care, to menstrual health and fertility education for Women and young girls… my work with Women keeps evolving, growing and expanding. I should say that Fertility work found me, and it has become my passion and calling. My life purpose is to bring Fertility Education to Women so they can experience life in their female bodies to the fullest!
