Dana Richards is passionate about helping women feel empowered by understanding their bodies, especially their natural ovulation cycle. She was born and raised in San Diego and now resides in Tucson, AZ after receiving her BA in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Arizona. She is currently a Guest Teacher for a local school and she can’t wait to bring the FEMM program to them!

Dana is married and has two girls who are excited to begin their own FEMM journey.
