I have a bachelors of science in nursing from the University of Cincinnati as well as experience in labor & delivery and postpartum nursing. I am the founder of You Are Beautiful Mission LLC, a women’s health coaching initiative that aims to help women identify root causes of menstrual cycle dysfunction and hormone abnormalities through FEMM body literacy education.

Utilizing science as a tool and the wisdom of female philosophers, authors, and saints, I help women become more acquainted with their bodies and the ways they were made to function. My hope is that this education will also help women to recognize their inherent, God-given beauty and self worth, and find ways to heal from the inside out.

I currently reside in northern Kentucky and work as a school nurse in Catholic Inner City School Education.
