Elizabeth first encountered the concept of fertility awareness during her own struggles with miscarriages, infertility, and endometriosis. As a FEMM teacher and fertility doula, she’s passionate about empowering and supporting others in their journey to pregnancy. Available for both in-person and Online instruction.
