Carmen is a Menstrual Educator and FEMM teacher who dreams of and actively works to spread positive, inclusive, comprehensive, and empowering menstrual education.

Through individual and group programs, she helps others deeply understand their cycle, see it as something positive, and take care of their cyclical selves.
